Steam prawn with eggs Ingredients: 300g of big prawn,rinse n drain off the water 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 bowl water 1 small pc ginger, grated 1 stalk chinese celery;spring onion,diced. Seasoning: 1 tbsp shaoxing rice wine 1 tsp sesame oil some light soy sause Method: 1. Place the prawn into the bowl. 2. Mix well the beaten eggs with water. 3. Pour the 2 n the grated ginger into the prawn bowl. 4. Steam with high heat for 8 minutes. 5. Pour the seasoning over n sprinkle both spring onion & chinese celery on top. 6. Serve I love tis, Hope u will like it too |

JENNYLO, If you leave the shrimp uncovered in the fridge, it will make bad smell for the other food. I think best you first make sure other food is covered before you do to this. I like beer batter shrimp. Will police arrest your for battering your shrimp with beer bottle?\ VICKY

Hmmmm, think my wife will like this recipe. She loves prawn, but I do not like shellfish. Sometimes I wonder how we stay together because we are so different. Many Blessings. B.
