如何說話


說話是一種藝術。如果正確使用語言，人人得益。環顧四周，看看人們如何說話，便會明白。有人說了許多的話，根本白說 (廢話連篇)，雖然說話內容是善意的、正確的，但由於現代人並不注重談話禮儀、說話技巧，由此而引起誤會、紛爭、怨恨，直接影响人的情緒，甚至是周邊的人群。

說話要注重技巧，批評他人的說話更加要婉轉、含蓄，有修養和有氣度是語言運用的體現。有些人不善辭令、口舌笨拙，而有些人則口若懸河、滔滔不絕，這只是說話方式不同的表現。要小心謹慎表達自己的說話內容，在公開場合與不同年齡層次的人對話，要做到理解和尊重。說話無需滔滔不絕，若能做到精簡、點到即止，即使說話笨拙的人，也會得到他人的諒解 。
