沉默時代 (Silence Time)

從舊約到新約之間 (公元前380年至公元40年), 有四百多年, 政治和宗教活動頻繁, 層出不窮, 多姿多采; 可是, 從上帝的默示與啟示的角度來看, 則是沉寂一片。我們稱這個時期為『沉默時代』。這四百年間, 以耶路撒冷為中心而演變的猶太人歴史, 為基督降生及後來的福音傳播鋪下道路。
