Wo Mun Que Yi I can only imagine a week before February 5th, as the New York Times further fans the flames of racial tension by citing Black-Korean tensions and the L.A. Riots as proof positive that Asians won’t vote for a Black candidate. The first paragraph will invariably read: It’s unclear whose fortune cookie tastes the sweetest among the Democratic presidentical candidates. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton – clad in a traditional Korean hanbok ‒ slurped on egg noodles and wontons at a local Chinese noodle-stand ‒ a family-owned business – while she helped their three young with their Kumon homework for a full 5 televised minutes. Just a few blocks south, Senator Edwards showed off his collection of ancient samurai swords, nunchaku, and ninja throwing stars, which he defended as clearly protected by his Second Amendment rights. And in the shadows of a strip mall full of laundromats, Senator Barack Obama drew a record-breaking crowd, pumping his fist in the air and chanting: “Wo Mun Que Yi! Wo Mun Que Yi!”, or Mandarin for “We Can! We Can!” 我們可以! APIA BLOG |

I wasn't aware of this!I've been steeped in my own drama to here about it.However I do appreciate your pointing it out.Just serves to remind me of how sick I feel to my stomache, every time someone rubs the American flag in my face, when some twisted,imature,self-centered event like the one you've just described, happens.Day after day, over and over again. These peoples will waive any flag just to get the votes and become the leder. You think they really care about common people except only at election time?

as to the political quandry that you pose in scenario... the madness of politics will utilize any factor they can to sway to or away the votes by what ever means and manner they can... this process is driven by inflaming controversial point and elements within society... and in that context they are all full of BS.. if it's noted at this point in the game.. it's all a slam the other mentality, and they seek the most covert ways of doing so.. slinging mud and rushing to the water hose to wash their hands... and claim they know nothing about anything, and they are as innocent as a baby sucking a breat.. but the principal of breast sucking .. is the element that it's done to get something of response from the breast... one may seek life nourishment, where as the other may seek a pleasurable response.. yet still the element is to gain something... and they collude the nature of such to such a degree it's not relevant what they seek... other than selfish gratification and despaired inflection and deflections upon the other.. the landscape is littered with content that can be used as political fodder.. but shall we get consumed in the exchange of fodder which really become nothing but a matter of litter,.. or will we look within such and see behind it to see the point fact and principal of their political capability and motivation to prosper a nation.. we as individual must be more savvy in how we entertain what is displayed in the media.. the media gives us three days of emotional tugging this way and that way... and one issue flowing into the next.. but the wise political concerned individual will extract the point fact and principal that drives a canididates stance and propensity to be a good leader .. beyond the games they play for the media attention they gain by invoking controversy... they are seeking face time.. more so by such engagments.. and it's to them free name publicity.. and the matter at times is not about it's negativity, it's about the image familiarity.. of which they feel they can sway later to their way.. but the wise and prudent political strategist .. that counts is the individual.. and their ability to be of such.. in their discering stance of what and how they aspire, truly it's a matter of how much the individaul knows about the issue .. which will determine if they are easily distracted by the cycle of Bs.
