Project Runway Wow!!! Victorya is an Asian woman on the Project Runway show and she is displaying great talent and skills as a designer. I enjoy watching Project Runway on Bravo TV. Two years ago an Asian woman, Chloe Dao a Vietnamese woman from Texas was the winner. Victorya is 34 years old and from Seoul, Korea. According to the bio "She spent her childhood in Virginia. Growing up with a very fashion-minded mother, she was always sketching designs or discussing them with her mother, who was a natural maven when it came to sewing. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago, she traveled to Paris to fulfill a lifelong dream to live in the fashion capital of the world. What was to be a six-month stint, turned into a six-year sojourn, working as a journalist taking her from Paris to Brussels. "Victorya says she woke up one morning and realized that she had to return to the U.S. immediately and start a career in fashion, and that's precisely what she did. In 2002, Victorya enrolled in Parsons Associate Degree program in New York City. Since then, she has worked for several major companies in the industry, before striking out on her own." I enjoy the fashion design but even I dreaming of being a designer I know I cannot do because the designer needs special talent for design, cutting, sewing, and presentation. So even I have the flair for design I do not have the technical skills for cutting and sewing. Is easy to catch reruns of the shows on the internet and who knows, maybe Victorya will win this year. My personal opinion is that she has the technical skills and is very focused on her work. But I think she has problem working with others because maybe of cultural gap with the other designers because she is Asian and they are not. Anyway, just my opinion and nothing more. VICKY |

Poor Victorya. She was auf'd the show tonight. No imagination. Self-imposed elimination for lack of imagination. VICKY
