isn't it amazing how the generations of today find so little appreciation in things.. if it's not some brand name that advertisers saturate on the media.. they never realize they are simply many times paying for the promotional display..

but beyond that.. to not have regard for the nature of what is a gift.. when one did not have the means to get it for themselves.. how sad.

funny how .. in Bangkok.. I bought a portable DVD player, and I look at the more expensive models.. and their nice sleek look, and how they designed the case .. and was going to get it because I was thinking it must be better.. but the sales person showed me one that cost far less, and explained that the functions were more simple to operate and more accessible, and less likely to break, and the quality of picture presentation was just as good, and finally she told me , yes it's good for her business if I spend more, but it's better for me if I buy the lower price unit, as I'd have a good product that does the same things and it's more durable and easier to utilize.. guess what!!! I bought the lower price product, then I was able to buy too an extra battery, and then come to find out that other accessories were included that the higher price model sold as .. additional price add on cost items.

and the things works fine..

I wonder how he would feel if he had to pay to breathe. Would he only want the best there is?

It is like drinking water in a glass bottle, a plastic bottle, or straight from the water tap in a paper cup. Which is best?

In the end, they are all the same since they do the same thing; it is just the way it is packaged.

The outward signs of spoil the boy and spare the rod. ( Old UK saying). Maybe not the correct approach to discipline a child. Explaining the values of life reaps great reward.
