Why Chinese people are often victims of kidnapping??

Because:

If Filipino- Partial payment

If Bombay- 5-6

If American- Credit card!

If Chinese- C. O. D.!!!

filipino pays in allotment basis or partial

Indian or Bombay, are you familiar with their kind of business? you borrow 50 dollars, they get back 60, that`s why 5:6
