Getting fit...

For a week now, I`m doing these easy jogging session. I found friends whom I can run with, my friend in the next village, just 5 mins. auto drive from my place or actually 20 mins. walk going there but since I have to go down the road, I`d rather use the car first

And another friend in this village, but she has only once a week time. After bringing our daughters to kindergarden, I just pass by her house and head for the forest rands, maybe for about 30 to 40 minutes is not a bad start. So, if I can maintain it 2 or 3x a week, that should be okey.

My friends are wondering, what am I trying to loose? Where in fact what I want is to gain more, maybe 4 to 5 kilos, I find that ideal for my height.

Actually, I want to get fit. I hardly could out ran the anymore. Either they`re fastly growing or I`m slowing

I need some stretch after those heavy cold days Good fresh air is always fine.. and a bit more contact in the real world.
