Hi Persiancat, I workout for about 45 minute usually 2-3 times a week, at a place called Curves. I swim for a couple of hours 3-4 times a week. Most of that is leisure though, playing with my kids, teaching my youngest to swim. But I try to do little excerises here and there while in the pool. I would love to own a treadmill someday. I would use that so much! Especially in the winter when it's much to cold to go walking! What kind of fitness program are you using, ot thinking about using?
