Ingredients: 40g fish fillet 40g squid 20g Japanese crab stick 20g Japanese baby octopus 20g shelled shrimps 1/2 green bell pepper (shredded) 1/2 red bell pepper (shredded) 1/4 onion (shredded) 1 1/2 pack udon noodles shredded carrot 20g gold chive 1 spring spring onion fermented black beans
Seasoning 1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt XO sauce (to your liking)
Method:
1 Rinse seafood and drain. Heat oil in a wok. Jiggle seafood in oil slowly and set aside. 2 Rinse gold chive and spring onion. Cut into sections. 3 Cook udon noodles until hot and set aside. 4 Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry fermented black beans until fragrant. Add shredded green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion and carrot. Stir-fry until combined. 5 Put in the udon noodles and stir-fry well. Add seasoning. Pour in seafood, sectioned gold chive and sectioned spring oninon. Stir-fry until mixed. Then served
