don't bother sending me a message...

Your unread messages are stacking up, so don't bother to send any more.

As you can see by the screen shot, the majority of mail I get comes from bogus senders who soon get deactivated. I'm curious to see how many unopened messages I can collect.

I read somewhere that gold members can tell if their sent message was opened (or not) by the person they sent the message to.

woa, I'm on 2 other dating sites as a free member and both allow standard members to send and receive messages. Both have indicators letting you know your message was read. One actually lets you know if the other person deleted your message without reading it.

Generally, speaking most "woman" from the US are fake with the possible exception of Cali and nearly all from Europe with a rare exception. Waste of time.

    Quoting  :

Cavy, I was looking for something regarding email and I found this on the help screen:

How do I know if someone has read my messages?

You can receive an email confirmation, which alerts you when email you send to another Adult FriendFinder member has been read. If you choose this option, you'll receive a message in your Message Center.

To receive a confirmation on the email you're writing, simply check the option at the bottom of the email form. You can't add a confirmation request to an email after it has been sent. Email confirmations cost 100 points each. The points are deducted when the email is opened by the recipient.

The points system has been broken for years. Unless you've got some stored, it doesn't look like a good plan.
