Zelenskyy’s 10-point peace plan Zelenskyy first announced his peace formula at a November summit of the Group of 20 (G20) key economies. 1. Radiation and nuclear safety, focusing on restoring security around Europe’s largest nuclear power plant, Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine, which is now Russian-occupied. 2. Food security, including protecting and ensuring Ukraine’s grain exports to the world’s poorest nations. 3. Energy security, with a focus on price restrictions on Russian energy resources, as well as aiding Ukraine with restoring its power infrastructure, half of which has been damaged by Russian attacks. 4. Release of all prisoners and deportees, including war prisoners and deported to Russia. 5. Restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity and Russia reaffirming it according to the UN Charter, which Zelenskyy said is “not up to negotiations”. 6. Withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities, the restoration of Ukraine’s state borders with Russia. 7. Justice, including the establishment of a special tribunal to prosecute Russian war crimes. 8. The prevention of ecocide, and the protection of the environment, with a focus on demining and restoring water treatment facilities. 9. Prevention of an escalation of conflict and building security architecture in the Euro-Atlantic space, including guarantees for Ukraine. 10. Confirmation of the war’s end, including a document signed by the involved parties. Honesty is the best policy. |

Life is short and we only have the "Earth" to live. Why can't we live peacefully and get along? I don't understand those dictators of "Axis of Evil" for the sake of their personal political ambition above the human's happiness? They possess nuclear bombs and threaten other countries. Don't they know Nukes 核武器 can harm themselves too? It is not words like "devastating", havoc" or "chaos" can describe the ravage. I have no clue why those dictators want to be "King", Emperor", or "Tsar""Czar" 沙皇??? Why let your people suffer??? It doesn't make sense. Honesty is the best policy.

From the 5th point on, Zelenskyy mentioned about the war and his enemy (aggressor or invader or attacker) which is Russia's leader, Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy said "Restoring Ukraine’s territory". Ukraine is undeniable a Sovereign state 主權國家. As Ukraine's president, he is obligated to keep his entire country peacefully. Zelenskyy said is “not up to negotiations”. The #6, in a vulgar language, all the Russian troops get out of my country and the cessation of hostilities. Next he talked about tribunal court to prosecute Russian war crimes. In another words, "Justice will prevail" 正義將會獲勝. The following #8 he mentioned about "ecocide" 生態滅絕 and the protection of the environment 自然環境. The #9 is Prevent conflict and building security architecture in the Euro-Atlantic space. The last but not the least is #10 Make sure the war is ended. Honesty is the best policy.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, it has been 1 and 1/2 years. I gradually know about Ukraine president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He is the first Jewish president; with Volodymyr Groysman as prime minister, Ukraine became the first country other than Israel to simultaneously have a Jewish head of state and head of government. He was elected President of Ukraine on April 21, 2019. During 1997 to 2003 - he was an Actor, performer, script writer, producer of the stand-up comedy contest team «KVARTAL 95» His country, Ukraine, has been devastated 蹂躪 and ravaged 劫掠 by Russia invasion. Every time I saw those pictures from TV or internet that buildings destruction, the Ukrainian people's dead bodies on the ground (TV and internet have to vague or been blurred), my tears would rolling down my cheeks. War is cruel and atrocious. It is miserable. Zelenskyy went to Europe, to the USA, to Canada, .... with heartfelt speeches based on which country's background. He asked for support and help his country, Ukraine. Of course, many countries shipped and provided many advanced weapon for Ukraine. However, we still haven't seen when will the war end. From the 10-point peace plan, Zelenskyy started from Radiation and nuclear safety which might destroy the world and all human beings on the Earth. Then he talked about Food security for poor countries people who need grains 穀物, barley, wheat, flour, ... Ukraine is an agriculture country which provides and shipped those agriculture products. Then he mentioned "Energy security", Russia cut off the power (electricity) and natural gas source that Europeans need daily (necessity). Next he asked for "Release war prisoners and children deported to Russia". No matter this speech was composed by Zelenskyy or by his ghostwriter, the top 4 subjects didn't have personal attack on the aggressor, Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy cares about global peace and safety. For anyone else must yelling and shouting abuse his invader, Putin or top Russian military leaders. I admire zelenskyy's integrity quality. Honesty is the best policy.
