Please be aware of A-Fib symptoms

I am a retired California licensed pharmacist (Taiwan too), now I have investments in real estate and stock market. I watch my stock portfolio daily and always turn on my TV on CNBC while trading. Lately, I heard Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (an American former professional basketball player who played 20 seasons in the NBA) talks about A-Fib (Atrial fibrillation 心房纖維性顫動) symptoms he has. You may know my best friend who was a banker CEO/Chairman died on A-Fib on January 12, 2022. When I heard Mr. Abdul-Jabbar mentioned his A-Fib symptoms on CNBC during the commercial, I immediately paid attention to his words. He said a website called "No Time To Wait".

I Googled the information of A-Fib symptoms are as follows
• Feelings of a fast, fluttering or pounding heartbeat, called palpitations.
• Chest pain.
• Dizziness.
• Fatigue.
• Lightheadedness.
• Reduced ability to exercise.
• Shortness of breath.
• Weakness.
• Sleep Apnea.
If you have those symptoms, please go see a cardiologist to see if you have A-Fib. No time to wait (no spaces in between words). A-Fib normally has no symptom, but when the above symptom occurs, you need to be aware of and visit a cardiologist.

Atrial fibrillation (AFib) is an irregular and often very rapid heart rhythm. An irregular heart rhythm is called an arrhythmia. AFib can lead to blood clots in the heart. The condition also increases the risk of stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications.

When my banker friend had his 2nd eye Cataract surgery, the General Anesthetic doctor said to him that he woke up 30 minutes delay than normal people, so the eye doctor and the anesthesiologist sent him to the ER. The ER doctor diagnosis was the banker had AFib "Atrial Fibrillation 心房纖維性顫動 in his heart. The ER doctor prescribed him a prescription called "Xarelto".

In two consecutive years in August, I didn't have my birthday celebration lunch with my banker friend. I missed him dearly.

My daughter, my son, my son-in-law and my first granddaughter (14 months old) had a birthday dinner in August for me.

My daughter moved back to California (from Texas), and got an OB-GYN MD job with Kaiser Permanente Hospital this year.
