Why does AFF SUCK so bad now?

I am a long-time member here. I used to pay for a membership, but it has gotten SO bad on this website, I REFUSE to pay for anything here! And that (in my estimate) MORE THAN 50% of profiles are FAKE isn't bad enough over the past few years. Now you cannot use the Instant Messenger (IM), and the latest HUGE BLUNDERS by this pathetic excuse for a website is you cannot "hotlist" anyone, and cannot read anyone's messages to you unless you click on the link from the original email notification that you have a message. IS ANYONE EVEN MANAGING THIS WEBSITE ANYMORE??

Or is it just me??
