Well, looks like it's been a long time I have been here. Since I'm here, it looks like this is the place for me to release all my concerns.
Others might see me being busy and tense most of the time but I have also been enjoying life at the same time. If I'm not busy, I will feel strange and bored and sad.
I know some people are like me too. However, the extreme on the other end is not good either.
I'm still busy now and looks like I might visit here for a while.
Let's see.

Oh, gosh! Extremely busy since I took over the permanent role in early Sep. Trying to jungle everything as much as possible and as steady as possible. I can feel my blood is boiling through my veins in last couple weeks.
When I took over the role, the team has already been shrunk by the Manager and the replacement supposed to be filled soon. Due to the poor economy, all recruitment seems to be on hold which meant that we have more work to do now.
I also have a very interesting boss who like to bubble up all the issues. My style is to tackle a few thing and get it resolved before bubbling up all the issues. However, I have a boss which has a different style from mine which I need to cope with.
Well, still trying to juggle as much as I can but really concern something will fall behind that I might not be aware of due to the extreme workload.
Hopefully, situation will get better after Xmas.

Well, mum visited me today and we went shopping together to get me a mini curtain for the front door. Used to have a light lace curtain but neighbours and strangers could look into the place clearly while people inside could not see outside clearly. Finally, had this curtain in placed that I do not feel everything in the living room is exposed.
After we shopped, mum had assisted in cooking. All of us loves mum's cooking and we always eat a lot when she cooks. While my mum loves my grandma's cooking. I think the younger generation is getting worst in cooking compare to the past. Maybe they have more practise in cooking?
Oh! tax return again. Still need to dig up all the invoices and paper work from my junky place. Gosh! I hate this task. How long can I delay this?
Anyway, start working on that now. Ciao!

Oh, just received his email and he finally told me her name. He met her and fall in love at first sight after I left the company. Strange enough, I feel happy for him and so glad to hear his news that he's happy with his life now compare to before.
This girlfriend is a true match for him based on appearence. I never dare to think I am a good match to him but I think I got all the wrong signals from and the whole situation get worse. Such an embarrassment now when I think about the past.
Me and him are totally different culture, chacracter, background and all aspect. However we seems to be alwasy so nice to each other or maybe I never met a nice guy like him.
Anyway, all the wrong signals are clear up now. I am happy for him and the girlfriend which I assume is as sweet as he is. I just responded his email and my heart still beat so fast. Why is that?

Is being passionate good or bad?

Hmm....I am back to my original character being passionate about work again. When I was young, I thought I'm the only strange one but I realise there are a lot of people who are just as crazy or passionate about like myself.
When I'm so addicted to work, I don't usually feel hungry. Or when I'm eating my food during lunchtime with eyes starring on the monitor, I find the food is tasteless. I'm so obsessed about work, or maybe not? Ha!
I watch tv and notice a lot of people who are passionate about what they do also obsessed about it. Is that good or bad?

Today, my colleage invite me to join him to a motivational speech from a well known sportman. Every now and then, I will join in to the motivational speech to see what I can learn from all these successful people.
I'm not a sport person but still keen to learn from the successul people in all aspects. And I'm glad I did go and started to be inspired by the speaker whom I had no idea of initially but a well known person in the sport world in Australia.
I agree to what he had been saying and he suddenly reminded me of my historical favourite bosses. He had similar style to them and I learnt a lot through my career from my historical bosses.
IT's not what they do well that inspire me but their character and the way they deal with people.
Will I be as good as they are in future? Or Can I be?
I wish I can....

Time to complete the tax return form again and I always do this in the last minute.
I really do not like to do the administration work like organising the receipts, filling forms, get payslip and others. It's so boring and time wasted.
After wasting time and energy to sort this admin work, you still need to end up giving money to the government. That's really sucks.
With the modern technology, why can't everything is done automatically online and seamless?
Well, not sure where I chuck all the receipts and payslip now. Ooops! time to search through my junk space.
Oh, No! When is the DUE date? Gosh! I think I'm close to running late again.

Finally, I started to get some furniture for my place after living in here with empty living room. TOday, my brother in law has finally helped me to assemble the tv cabinet unit in my living room.
Since I moved here, I had just bought all the critical furntiture like the bed the a table and chairs for meal. After going on for few years, I finally decided to fill in more without further delay.
Due to the lack of career security, I always delay in buying too many things in case I need to move again. Initially, I found a new job, so thinking to wait till the probational period is over. Then when that's over, I'm thinking of moving closer to work, so no point in getting any furniture for this place. Then due to other factors like no time to move places, I end up staying here for a while. Now, I found a new job and I'm tired of delaying all these anymore, I did go ahead and bought some living room furnitures after 3-4 year empty place.
It's good to see my new tv cabinets and now I need to wait till my cozy sofa arrives by end of Oct. I still have probationary period to go through but I like to enjoy my life now rather than delaying this forever.
A lof of my friends think I'm strange to delay getting furnitures for a long time. However, I like a bit of planning for future but this time I started to change my style.
Not sure if this is good or bad?

Busy, Busy, Busy!!!!!
Since I took this job, the workload is double. Started to discover more hidden tasks. Exciting, so much more to discover and so much more I can work on to improve to process. However I know I nned to be patient.
What happen to my original character? Used to be straight forward and frank and professional. Now, I seems to be slightly concern if I'm doing this way that I will upset this person or that. However, how many people should I consider? Isn't it being professional just enough at work?IF I need to consider everyone's feeling, I will never get job done.
Well, next BIG learning curve for me is to influence and selling the new process to my colleages. Well, let's see how this goes...
