My name is Hoenie. I am a 54 year old plastic surgeon, living and working in the Netherlands. My parents came from Indonesia and are of Chinese origin, though I don't speak Chinese. I was born in Amsterdam and studied in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. My father died when I was 12. My mother brought me up, so I felt responsible to study hard and finish medical school early. Though I love my job, I like to take care of patients, make them feel comfortable, make them satsfied by improving their appearance by e.g.eyelidsurgery, liposuction, breastsurgery, I miss that particular person in my life that could make me happy, give me a secure feeling and start a family. Due to my work it was hard to find a suitable partner. I have been married once, but we did not really know each other, there was much miscommunication, she had rows with me mother. I was caught in between, fortunately there were no children. Now I want some real happiness for myself and my future partner. I have different hobbies, like fitness, tennis, photography, videofilming, watching soccergames of my favourite club Ajax, listening to good music both classical and pop, travelling. I am a quiet person, but I don't like dishonesty, I try to be honest and show my real feelings, I want to take care of people, I don't like injustice or unfairness, discrimination. On a date I would like to make my date feel comfortable, we talk and laugh, have a good and open conversation in a quiet surrounding like a good restaurant, enjoying a good meal. Later on walking around, going to a good movie.
It would make me happy if one would have a mutual feel of trust, love and understanding, a common good feeling. I have lived all my life in the Netherlands, but I have also worked in the U.K. for 4 years.
