Brought up in China and residing in Ireland and educated in both, I am really living between cultures. I am naturally an internationalist. If I approves of Western democracy, I am always a fan of Taoist and Buddhist philosophy and Chinese food. As to English, French, Irish, American, Rusian and German literatures, I love them as much as I love Chinese art and literature.
Athough holding a PhD in Anglo-Irish literature, I have worked suceessively as a factory worker, an administrator, a lecturer in English and Chinese literature and culture, an intedrpreter/translator, a business and cultural advisor, a trader, an education cousultant, etc.. So apart from having diverse intersts, I don't feel belonging to any particular profession or class.
I do want to have eventually a stable family though. However, it is perhaps mainly my serious attitude towards marriage that has enabled me to become a professional bachelor. Being tired of living by myself now, I would really like to know all types of intersting women, so as to be able to find my ideal lady.
