It hurts more than when I was a , but I still can't help jumping into a good mosh pit head-first. When my ears aren't ringing, Im putting the war in my head on paper for my next novel, getting lost in the woods, or shooting for a high score over drinks with my friends. I believe that theres nothing more romantic than sitting on the porch amid a twilight thunderstorm, arm in arm, and that special song just happens to pop on the radio.
I am a true Aquarian, and have a wide variety of tastes. I enjoy a variety of friends, from the well-to-do (and I thought I had money problems at times), to the kinda shady (their dreams aren't as empty as their conscience seems to be). I find music extremely inspiring- I even had to get "Speed Over Beethoven" from the Dance Dance Revolution game in my playlist because it threw an entire scene into my mind.
My Ideal Person:
I'm still rebuilding after the seperation, and have grown tired of the purely physical relationships that followed. I'd like to slow it down a little, and make some friends first.
I would love to find a lady where fantasy and reality meet. A woman who can go to a paleontology exibit and know the difference between sub-phila and species; enjoy Beethoven's Bagatelle in A minor, knowing he was attempting to condense the joys and sorrows of a lifetime in just a few minutes, or see how Penderecki combined the brutality of war and the grace of flight in his famous orchestrathion; enjoy a quiet evening at home conversing about the same subject of a documentary as it aired. Yet, this same lady could enjoy the more abrasive side of modern culture just as equally- a heavy metal concert (possibly even jumping into the pit with me), controversial games, profane (and sometimes vile) commical satire, etc. As a friend once put it, "a girl who could go straight from seeing an art gallery, to a death-metal show in the same day- and love it!."
