study meditation, reading, talking, walking ,writing, thinking, cooking, working, travelling..to feel the sun after days of rain, to get off from work when the sun is still dancing , to drive to the beach for no any good resons, to feel inspired by a man, a woman ,to talk to a child says something unknowingly,a book, a film, a piece of art,to have a big dinner with all friends, to have some together with a long lost friend, to broaden my sense of knowing ,to obtain my thoughts creativily, and of course,to be with the ones I love and care and to know is healthy and the most happy ...traditional and open mind to accept new experiences. appreciated all things our life given to us.
