At long last...reaching high...

Few days after a double amputee, Mark Inglis a New Zealand national made it on top of Mt. Everest...Our own Philipinne team also made it on the summit after a grueling experience of thin oxygen and severe below zero cold and as confirmed by the Ministry of Tourism in Katmandu, Nepal ...

Leo Oracion the first filipino to reach the 8,850 meters summit was the first one in Philippine history, seconded by Pastor Emata who completed the feat, thanks to the good weather condition enabling them to scale.

Hoisting the Philippine flag at the summit of the world's most highest mountain peak is indeed a great achievement of these mountaineers, a one of a kind experience after days of long preparation, and inspite of freezing temperatures and dangerous steep mountain climbs. They have conquered and attained their ultimate goal.

"Long Live Team Everest".
