Is anyone from China having a hard time logging in?

I have a friend in China that has not been able to properly log in for the past couple of days. She was able to access her account but clicking on e-mail did nothing. Same for blogs (it's as if the links have been disabled). Is anyone else experiencing this?

BTW she's using IE. I had her download and try Firefox but it seems to have the same issue. Also noted that IM only has 6 people on line as I type this (3 female, 3 male). That's pretty low.

Just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Thanks.
