The perfect diet... A coworker is noticeably loosing weight. I asked him what his secret is and he replied "It's a combination of diet and exercise" After work he and his wife ride the bicycles purchased a few years ago and hadn't used... but, he explained the most significant part of his diet is "Don't eat anything that has a mother and a father." He had tried the Adkins Diet and it wasn't working... He has already met his goal on the new diet and plans to loose more weight. "Don't eat anything that has a mother and a father." ![]() |

a good way to loose weight in -"have a lot of dental work done".... ( just joking, I don't wish massive dental work on anyone). Now, I have to pull tight to another belt notch for my pants now, to keep my pants up. I'm still working on the mid section, and I'm finding that it is really important to have good 'leg" exercise, so I ride the stationary bike. This cold weather I don't care for, but it sure does force situations where it limits options, so then the stationary bike becomes the dominant available option.

Why do you say that? There are other substitutes for protein without eating meat. Yes? Most meat commercially produced livestock have steroids and antibiotics in them.
