Black Chicken... We always find foods in the Asian market your cannot get in the American markets. This weekend it was black chicken. |

you mean "Black-bone Chicken"/Silkie ?? Chinese used to make soup for health reason. How you cooked It ?? .

Lily, I didn't read the label. The chicken had black skin. Not sure about the bones being black. I think the word 'silky' was on the package. Next to the black chicken were yellow chicken from the same farms. Also duck from the same farms. We try to go to that market every 3 or 4 weeks. I'll look closely next time.
