It's that Fat Choy time again...
The Chinese New Year, Lunar New Year or Spring Festival two week-long celebration officially started on February th, 2021. The year of the Ox.

In the Southern regions of China where they speak Cantonese 's spelled and pronounced "Gung Hay Fat Choy" Translation English is "Congratulations on making money"

 Yesterday, I had a taste of pork, bean and sweet rice that's cooked in a wrap of Banana leaves.

 This marks the 2nd year I'm unable to travel to China to witness this celebration first-hand.
Perhaps next year will be better.
