If you enjoy the idyllic rural scenery, please go on Google "Val d'Orcia, Italy". You will see a vast area of beautiful countryside scenery. It is too big to include in my camera.

It was a very tight schedule with group traveling but learned more information about Italy. Every day I have morning calls set at either 6:15 am or 6:30 am. The hotels provide breakfast either 7 am or 7:30 am. We get together at the lobby at either 8:30 am or 9 am and depart to daily sightseeing. The bus is waiting outside of hotel. The regulation of the bus said the bus needs at least 11 hours rest. There are records in the bus where the driver go and how long the bus rested. I am amazed by Italian drivers' driving skills and parking skills. The roads are narrow and sharp turns and the parking is only one or 2 inches apart. I wonder how the car can get out of parking. The bus O.A.T. hired are always use Mercedes-Benz. Excellent condition and excellent driving. OMG.

I am exhausted after 36 days traveling and "jet lag". It is too long journey, I am not as young as before and the daily schedule is too tight. Too much walking.

Italians are really talent in "Art" in many aspects, mostly region related. Roman crucified Jesus Christ but then they accepted Christians and became Catholics. Go figure !!!

As I said Tuscany region is a agricultural area, so I posted two idyllic rural scenery pictures for you to see. However, farmers are very busy every day. They got up early to feed chicken, pick-up eggs, feed ducks, goose, milk the cows twice daily, make cheese, help cow to deliver calves, some have horses, donkeys, .... They need to hire refuges from near-by countries for olive tree harvest from the 2nd week of Oct to mid Dec. They make "extra virgin olive oil" (first pressed olive oil). They have lots of vineyard to make "Red wine" and "White wine". One trip leader said if one person try different wine bottle a day, he needs to spend at least 20 years to finish all kinds of red wine. 20 years x 365 days = 7,300 kinds of red wines. OMG (Mamma mia)!!! All 3 groups of Americans also like to drink red wine. I am the exception.
