My phone experience with a Filipino AFF operator


The pictures I uploaded on my last 5 blogs on Asia Friendfinder have disappeared even I saw them for few days. I waited for 2-3 days but it still disappeared, so I called Asia Friendfinder and spoke to a Filipino woman. I've lived in Calif for 38 and 1/2 years and have been on Asia Friendfinder for 14 years. I knew the "technical support" is located in Calif. So, I made the call on weekdays on day time in case the "technical dept" off on weekend.

This is the conversation I had with a Filipino who answered my call.
She asked me which website. I said Asia friendfinder. She said "Adult friendfinder". I said "No, Asia, I am an Asian". She asked my user's name. I answered "1ClassyLady". She asked my password, I answered. She said Okay, it matched. I found your profile. I said "my last 5 blogs pictures are all disappeared". She said "your block?". I said "No, my blogs, (I spell out the word blogs). I have 516 blogs". "I went to Italy and came back to post blogs". She asked my password again and said if she can look my profile. I said Yes. She found I have 516 blogs. I said I uploaded pictures for my last 5 blogs but those pictures were all disappeared". I want to talk to "technical support", please transfer me to them. She said they are busy, won't answer the call. Then she said "is there anything else I can help you?" I said "please transfer me to technical support, they helped me about 2-3 years ago with computer glitch problems before". She kept saying "is there anything else I can help you?". I insisted not go away but wanted her to transfer me to technical support dept. After many times, she agreed to "escalate" to technical support. The whole phone conversation lasted 20 minutes (my cellphone has the record)

In her email to Asia Friendfinder technical support was surprised me. Let me copy down her email to technical support. Of course, I erased my phone # and email address and my last name.

Oh My Gosh, she called me a "he", and "his blogs". I am a woman. She can tell from my user's name "1ClassyLady". A lady is a woman. I posted primary photo looks like a woman, my voice sounds like a woman, but she calls me a "he" as a male. I have NEVER gone on Adult friendfinder in my life. I am on Asia frindfinder for 14 years. She knows my first name is Ingrid. Does she know Ingrid is a woman's name? What's wrong with her? I am a female all my life, never changed my gender. I don't upload any picture on Adult website. I've NEVER go on Adult any website. She has English problems. There are so many "hints" to let her know I am a woman. I am really upset, so I post this blog.

On Saturday, Dec 8, 2018, a technical support, Leo, called me to understand my situation. He will try to help me to find those pictures on my last travel blogs and put them back. I found out that Filipino woman's email to technical support that called me a "he", "his blogs" below Leo's email to me.

Those pictures I took from Museum of Vatican are Michelangelo's artworks (600 years ago). Michelangelo was the greatest artist on sculptures, oil paintings, architect, ..... It is very important to show those pictures in my blogs.

AFF technical support, Leo, called me on Saturday morning, I told him that Filipino spoke was not willing to transfer me to "technical support". Leo said "AFF has contract with Philippines, so every call transferred to there. I think that night only one Filipino answered phone calls for AFF, SFF, Adult FF, Filipino FF, .... so that when I asked her to let me talk to someone's else who can speak better English, but due to she is the only operator, so she couldn't let me talk to anyone else. I called in the morning on weekdays (but in Philippine the time zone maybe nighttime.) I think there was "no supervisor" working. Leo said he will put a note on the computer that I can speak with "technical support".

There was a Canadian guy posted a comment on this blog who thinks my English couldn't let that Filipino understand. He thinks that was my fault rather than that Asia Friendfinder Filipino's fault. Anyway, I blocked him to post comment on my blogs in the future. Actually that Asia Friendfinder Filipino's email indicated my gender as "he", "his blog", not verbal language.

I told the "technical support" Leo who called me back. I uploaded those travel pictures are not vulgar. Those are Michelangelo's artworks. It is very important to show on my blogs. Leo promised me to find those pictures back and he also emailed me that's how I found the Filipino woman's email to "technical support" below Leo's email.

The Filipino woman has a very heavy Filipino accent. I tried many times to her that I wanted to speak with other operator, but she insisted that she could help me and tried to get rid of me by saying "is there anything else I can help you?" repeatedly. She did "escalate" my phone call to technical support dept nevertheless.

This is the first time someone confused me as a male, a "he". I am upset about the Filipino woman, remote2cmanibo.
