One of my favorite past times and hobbies is photography. Everywhere I go there is a picture, a moment to capture. Life is like a series of moments captured in our minds. Shooting landscape pictures nearby the ocean is one of my favorite locations to explore. Was a picture-perfect blue sky and not a cloud in sight. The blue tint of the water glistening before my eyes. Oh boy, what a ride life has been thus far! One day you're 20, before you know it, you're 50. The first 5 decades of a Human Being's life is going to be a whirlwind like riding a rollercoaster ride at Disneyland! There's going to be hair standing moments, dips, twist, fast turns and thrills! By the time you can catch your breath the ride is going to be over. What's the point? Do your best to be fully present in each moment and allow yourself to enjoy your life's entire journey while you still can. The adventure continues.

I've been involved in the real estate industry for 35+ years now. In my humble opinion, one of the fastest ways to build generational wealth is investing in real estate. Whether you are going to begin with investing into rural, undeveloped land, single family residential properties, a strip mall, an apartment building, multi-family building, whatever your real estate investment interest may be. The investment will inevitably pay off if you don't give up nor sell when the market is suffering from an economic downturn.
Evaluating real estate market trends is what separates the seasoned investor, real estate professional from the new buyers in the market. Being a new, first-time real estate investor can seem like a big challenge. Once you acquire knowledge and begin to actually build your portfolio is when the challenge becomes more inspiring. Right now, in the United States we've been experiencing increasing inflation. When this occurs, more people begin to sell off their assets. We are beginning to see more commercial and residential real estate listed on the U.S. market now.
Eventually the supply of properties available will be higher versus the demand. Right now, we are seeing prices being reduced. Average time on the market even in desirable locations can be as long as 30-45 days or longer. When presenting a single family, residential house to buyers. It's important to make sure the interior design of the property is clutter free and inviting. The picture in this post is one of my personal properties. As you can see the interior walls are painted using designer quality paint and inside the property is professionally decorated. What does your real estate holdings say about you?

Every day, every moment, every second we experience this beautiful world reminds me how truly blessed the human race is. What will tomorrow bring us that we don't already have within ourselves today? The world is ours now to live our best life. Somewhere in time where there is no sense of fear, no pain, no hate, no war nor worry. Somewhere in time where we fulfill our soul contract and enjoy all of God's amazing glory. Somewhere in time I will remember the day we look into our mind's eye and be thankful for all our life's blessings.
