I'm intelligent, well-educated, politically on the left. I don't have interest in or patience with mass media and a lot of popular culture. Came to being this way with reflection, and I like it. Was a college prof for a long time, but now work in a general management role in a company. . I read a lot, interested in a wide range of music, and good movies. Good cook. No TV. Good mind and twinkly eyes. I'm looking for a warm person, with a good mind, who has worked through most of her own stuff, and knows what she wants. Attractive is a plus, but gorgeous is not necessary. Please be in New York City, maybe Long Island, but NJ can be a hike. Tried the long distance relationship thing, and it doesn't work for me. And lastly, no recreational shoppers please!
