I'm pretty confident and self assured. Been exposed to a lot. Co-managed a large advanced tech research lab in Japan for 10 years, which required more travel around the globe than most. All this exposure and travel makes you realize how little, so many people have traveled; not enjoyed or respected the cultures and people of other countries. I enjoy traveling and visiting friends. The world is full of friends I haven't met yet, I have been fortunate to go meet most of them.
I also like wine. Vineyards are beautiful and the wine makers are full of passion, which is expressed after two years or more in a barrel. Many of my friends are in the wine industry (both sides of the counter).
Outdoors is a passion as well. My overland Jeep speaks for itself.
Always working on or fixing stuff, from advanced tech through auto, to construction. Most of this is done around helping someone. I am not the family PC fix it guy. :)
Enjoy listening to music, all kinds, except the obvious category (no, it is not poetry put to music). And ,I am that individual who will know the lyrics to a song yet could not tell you the name of the artist. I do not play any instruments, would be nice if I did.

What I am looking for? That lady who has complementary interests and can find herself spending time with me enjoying life's offerings.
I'm healthy, eat healthy (occasional splurge) , and I exercise. This is important to me as I cannot let my health go poorly for my lady sake. Thus that special lady will represent healthy lifestyle as well.
