ishi was born on April 10, 1985 in St. Petersburg, Florida. From the day he got out of the hospital as a he was surrounded by music. He spent the first nine years of his life growing up on tour with the Grateful Dead. He became a musician at the age of six. His first instrument was the guitar. At age nine he took a break from music. Then when he was twelve he started off back into music. He picked up the viola with his middle school orchestra and with in six weeks had obtained the first chair position. Then at age thirteen he picked up the drums. Finding that the drums weren't enough to cure his passion he learned the electric bass at age 14. He continued playing the bass throughout high school and continues to play today. However even the bass wasn.t enough challenge for him. At age eighteen he went back to playing the guitar. Taishi found that playing live on instruments wasn.t good enough. Taishi is a perfectionist and found that no one can stay perfectly on beat 100 percent of the time. Striving for music that was more structurally sound Taishi found Electronic Dance Music. His best friend Cynispin introduced him to the sound. Today Taishi is doing what he does best. Promoting, Djing and Producing his very own tracks. Taishi is a promter with Krome Studio Production and also the founder of Tartarus Sound Crew. Tartarus Sound Crew is a group dedicated to producing oldskool style hardcore Flavored with elements of Breaks, Drum and Bass, and Ragga.
Yah now for the personal stuff you want to know about me. As you can see music is a huge part of my life and always has been. I spent my whole life in the music world. Outside of music, my life consists of a high respect for friends. Also, I am big into asian culture and asian languages. As a matter of fact, my major in college is Foriegn Language with a specification in asian languages and culture, and I will further specialize in Japanese. I love to read. Also, I'm one of those overly romantic types. Thats really all there is to know about me.
