I'm a corn-fed Midwesterner, lived in New York for 25 years and now in LA. Midwestern values are important to me - considerate, respectful, grateful. I'm flexible and easy-going, creative, good with tools, healthy, honest, funny (you be the judge) completely single and financially secure (though I do go to work every day). Very good kisser (so I am told) and very affectionate. Realistic but unshakably optimistic, and I never pass up an opportunity to make fun of myself. A gentle soul with a good heart.
I've worked for many years as a writer for business and also have been a musician all my life (lucky to have a day job that I like). In case anyone is interested, I was co-author of a book on system development, got a Series 7 stockbroker's license just for the fun of it, and am a former member of MENSA - it's not that I got dumber (I don't think) I just stopped paying the dues.
