I am an English guy who has travelled. I have worked for a some months in China (financial software industry) and fell in love with the place. I also learned a little, little Mandarin - I knew none before I went.
I would love to make friends with a friendly, good-humoured, Chinese girl (especially if in the UK!) and practise my limited language skills, and share some stories.
I'm married, and financially and emotionally stable, so I'm just really looking for friendship.

As for my interests, I like many things...so little time! Here we go: movies (prefer going to cinema to watching TV), literature, riding my motorcycle, writing (hey! I've even been published!)
On the sporting side I try to keep in shape with visits to the gym, cycling, and I enjoy playing a bit of football with the boys from work. But I love nothing more than to be skiing in the snowy mountains - although my enthusiasm exceeds my ability!
